What to do if I broke my applicators?
Your Bee Balm should include 2 applicators in case one breaks for any reason. If you receive your package with both applicators broken in transit, contact customer support immediately (support@neermaison.com). Please include pictures of the applicators broken upon delivery. If you accidentally broke both the sticks on your own, we do have a 3x piece replacement applicator pack available for purchase. Email customer support to buy the replacement packs.
How many applicators come with my order?
Honey and Strawberry Bee Balms include 2 of our signature honey stick applicators. Please note, we provide 2 in case 1 breaks for ANY reason.
